Naturally I opened a GM ticket with the info and explained the situation, some 2 days later my ticket is replied to saying thanks for the report and they won't be able to tell me anything more about the investigation. But the GM went on to say they have been getting a lot of these such reports and unless the person is actually caught in the act there nothing to be done, logs and even screenshots from this addon don't count as proof of anything. So now i'm kinda bummed out wondering whats the point of even bothering if they aren't dealing with the issue?
